Horseback Riding

I never knew they had a stable for horseback riding in Daly City until about a week ago. What a perfect present for someone that’s been dying to go horseback riding! Me and Betty went there for her birthday today. It was my present to her obviously. It was a broken down looking barn/stable, but I guess that’s how it is for all barns and stables. The person that greeted us was pretty nice. He assigned us the horses and wrangler to us. My horse was named Scarface! Oooooh! Scary! Haha. Betty’s horse was named Cheyenne. Going down the mountain was pretty scary. I kept imagining my horse slipping, then tumbling down the mountain, which made it worse. My horse was soooo slow! I kept kicking him like I was supposed to, but it just wouldn’t move faster. Good thing this nice lady behind me helped. After we got down the mountain, we were on the beach. That was the best part of the ride because we got to see dolphins and ride on flat ground. Finally, my horse was 2nd or 3rd out of four horses! After the beach ride, we turned around and went back up the mountain, which was a lot better because I didn’t look down. The whole ride took a little over and hour, and was pretty fun.
